Originally brewed in collaboration with Chicago’s Field Museum, Pseudo Sue is a single-hop pale ale clocking in at 5.8% ABV. It’s brewed with nothing but Citra hops — and the result is a deliciously balanced blend of grapefruit, mango, and subtle pine. Expect a slightly hazy pour, light bitterness, and a crisp finish that makes it endlessly sippable.
